1. License

Saudagar is licensed, not sold. A license key works on the computer it was issued for, for the period shown (trial, monthly or lifetime). You may not copy, resell, modify or reverse-engineer the software.

2. Trial

A new installation can be used free for 7 days. After the trial or license ends, the software stays readable (you can see and print your records and take backups) but new entries need a valid license.

3. Your data and backups

Your shop data is stored on your own computer and belongs to you. You are responsible for keeping backups; Saudagar provides automatic local, Google Drive and email backups to help with this. We are not responsible for data lost because of hardware failure, theft, viruses or missing backups.

4. Correct use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter, for your staff's access, and for following tax and other laws that apply to your business.

5. Support and updates

Support and updates are provided as agreed at the time of purchase.

6. Liability

The software is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
